Wow! What a kind friend you are! Truly an awesome and caring gift! Found your channel about 6 months ago and I’ve been hooked ever since.

FYI, when you use the cupcake liners you do not have to spray them. It won’t hurt, but they should peel away nicely without it.

Just bought all the stuff to make my own vanilla extract after watching your video a few weeks back. I can’t wait to make it and try it out and gift to family and friends!

Becky, you are aMAAAAzing!!! You aren't alone when it comes to flat cookies. I have never been able to make normal looking chocolate chip cookies. I think it has to do with the butter spreading faster than the cookie bakes. I think the remedy is to refrigerate your dough for a while and then bake at a higher temp. You probably baked at 350. Try 400 or 425. The idea is to get the cookie set on the outside before the butter spreads on the inside. 🤔🙄😅

I was merrily prepping away one weekend, added all ingredients, added eggs and got to adding the last egg and…it was off. Really, really off. Had to chuck everything. Learnt my lesson. Now I add egg one at at a time into a mug or glass first so I can see what's going on with those bum nuts!

Becky in watching you bake the cookies I noticed that you scooped the flour into you measured. Doing it that way results in a lot more flour going in than what is called for. I think you be happier either spooning the flour into your measure by spoonfuls then leveling off or better yet measuring by weight What a lovely thing to do for your friend

What a wonderful gift to a new Mom!! Doubling doesn't always work with baking. It just turns out wrong. Question: Do you have a Pierogi recipe that freezes well? Thanks for sharing …. I always enjoy your kindness and enthusiasm! 🦋

My only qualm with this is that you said the curry was vegetarian but you added chicken stock. lol But otherwise, this is so sweet! I bet your friend was so so grateful for this!!!

I have found after a couple times of doubling a baked good recipe, that it isn’t quite right even though I followed to a tee. I think it may be due to the chemistry of the ratios of ingredients interacting with one another. I decided to just do two separate batches to avoid the frustration in the future. I love your videos and I also enjoy the little ASMR noises that you add in here and there when mixing, bagging, etc. It feels like we are in the kitchen with you! 💜

For the molasses cookies or really any cookie recipe you double you need to freeze the dough for an hour or so or chill in the fridge 3 hours or overnight if you want them pillowy.
