I enjoyed this presentation by Dr O'Donnell. I think his medical care model is great, too and I would also like to find a plant based physician. That would be great! By the way, Ilove your shirt, Chef AJ. The chambray color and designs on it are beautiful! Thanks to everyone for this video!
My daughter went to Purdue…all fried and starchy foods loaded with salts. Awesome school, poor diet lifestyle. Very different from Southern California 😢.
QUESTION: Why are there not more at home monitors on the market? We have monitors for water quality of fish tanks, yet we do not have monitors for the common electrolytes like magnesium, potassium, phosphates, etc. We have monitors for glucose, yet a heart patient is reliant on lab work for something like potassium levels.
Lifestyle medicine for obstetricians, too, I think is important. I wish I had one to guide me on healthy eating for my fetus instead of prescribe me a multivitamin.

Good analogy as a dentist/ orthodontist. One other comment is dentistry is 90% based on prevention. Medicine is not.

I removed dairy in 2008 and it cured my asthma and greatly improved my allergies.

Fan of your shirt. Thank you for everything you do Chef AJ!
