I make a version of potsticker soup which I love on a cold or rainy day! I have all the ingredients except for the spinach but I always have some sort of frozen veggies in the freezer as well as a package of potstickers of different flavors.After watching this video, I will reconstitute dried Chinese mushrooms in the morning so by evening I can add them to the soup for additional flavor ! This works for me especially if I get home late !
