Whoa! What a delight. Burritos, here I come. A little leary about freezing the potatoes- mine have previously become watery upon defrosting. But willing to try again. Thank 😊 you!

Awesome episode. Really like the recipes and thank you for the storage tips. I really needed the paper towel under the lettuces tip. It will cut down on the procrastination on my part for sure.

I am a little surprised that someone, especially with her kind of plant based education that she is not SOS free. She seems to use salt freely, her salsa has salt and the whole wheat tortilla has salt. It seems like a good number of people that you interview are not salt free. I guess that is the hardest one to let go of.

I would eat all of those fudge balls in one day. between me And my husband… whoosh gone. ha ha. I'll have to try them when we have a crowd at the house so we can share them. Special occasion sweet.
Pecans and cashew butter. Richer than I need right now.

I add a few tablespoons of salsa (or juicy pico) to refried beans to loosen them up. Adds a bit more flavor and more veg. Love her method of putting everything she needs on a tray so there’s no rummaging around the kitchen while cooking. Especially helpful when you have ‘helpers’ in the kitchen so they don’t have to ask ‘what comes next’ or where is the…’. Brilliant tip.

Wow! Melissa Sherlock is new to me. She is absolutely wonderful. She's so organized, with a lovely presentation, and filled with wonderful information about meal prep and gives excellent instructions. I like her demeanor, very much that of a teacher and looks like the picture of health. I also appreciated her storage tips…very practical and I can see how one could save some money on produce storage. Thanks for a very pleasant broadcast, Chef AJ. Job well done Melissa!🙏
