This came out looking similar to one that I had at Olive Garden. I always wondered how to make it creamy, and I thought that it was just potatoes, bacon and cheese. Thank you for sharing this recipe! Hopefully I can try it out without an instant pot, since I don't have one yet.

I've never had potato soup although I love potatoes LOL. I need to get an instant pot for sure. I wonder how some mashed sweet potatoes would taste using an instant pot. 🤔
