I am 62 years old and I can remember my maternal grandmother making potato pancakes, sausages and bacon. I loved waking up at her house to the tantalizing aroma of her making breakfast. Then after breakfast and we had cleaned up and washed dishes. We’d brew some tea and chat. Great memories! Now I want some sausage and potato pancakes!! 💜💜💜💜
