Hi Janine. I appreciate your guts. What is not clear from the video above is what are your ultimate objectives. Was this potato diet used primarily as a reset so you could live on a purer plant based diet? Do you intend to repeat the potato diet again some time soon? Do you find that being on a potato diet has improved your mood? As someone who has done successful juice fasts in the past but has never tried the potato diet, I have to confess I am quite interested and am thinking about trying it myself. I would be interested in hearing your feedback.

Whoa, wait a minute! I really hate to hear you almost apologizing for unimpressive results! These are FANTASTIC results!!!

Hashi alone makes it so hard to lose weight. But 2 lbs a week is perfect!!! Your numbers AND your pics show definite body changes! This is just ONE MONTH!!!

The fact that you didn't get to a size 0 in 31 days shows that you were nourishing your body. As I'm sure you know, proper nourishment will allow your body to balance it's own weight. Which is a gentle, healthy, slower, yet more permanent process.

Your results are AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Don't discredit your success!! Keep up the good work ๐Ÿ’ช

Love your channel๐ŸŒธ potatoes are very helpful to me in keeping those pounds from creeping back. I make Mac and cheese with a sweet potato, mooch, almond milk sauce that is amazing without the guilt! I watched High Carb Hannah do your challenge awhile back and she didnโ€™t really want to stop LoL! She led me to youโค๏ธโค๏ธ

You're not giving yourself enough credit! I think its hard to look at ourselves and see the differences in our body. But as an outsider i gotta tell ya, there is a huge difference in your before and after photos! You look great! <3

Thanks for sharing your journey! I appreciate that you are standing exactly the same in your before and after photos – it drives me crazy when people push out in their first photo and angle/suck it in for the after photo. I eat a lot of potatoes but I'm trying to work up to a potato only challenge!

Love you!!!! Great job! Love your channel & your FB group is so incredibly helpful. Just ordered your book on Amazon! Did a week of potatoes last month but cheated a bit. Monday I try again โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

Iโ€™m so impressed that you manage to finish the challenge once again! Such a great job!
Your self esteem is shining through the screen, and thatโ€™s the biggest win in my viewpoint! I know for my own part that itโ€™s so difficult to get to that place after self destructing for a long time, because the ego trap and the pleasure trap is such a pitfall!
Congratulations on your success so far ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽ‰

I was wondering if you ever gained weight when you first start one of these potato challenges. When I have tried doing this I see my weight go up and get so freaked out I stop and go back to eating as I had been.
