Can you freeze portions and eat them later?
Parsnips and carrots mashed together is a very enjoyable mix and easy on the tummy. You simply boil an equal amount until tender, mash with a knob of butter, with small amount of salt. It really helps with a wobbly tummy as it is very, very mild. It keeps nicely in the fridge for a few days, too.

Wuss-tah-sheer…lol. All seriousness, great recipe. I do a similar low-fodmap recipe using beef shanks that are braised in a Dutch oven – maybe time for an instant pot?
