Another great recipe I can't wait to cook. I will be using vegan sausages and serving on a bed of rice…Maybe some steamed asparagus or broccoli on the side. As always, I love your energy and positivity, take care 🙂

My Spanish /Mexican husband has given me so much grief over my cooking and I now find out I instinctively cook like a Spaniard. I love my cooking style and have no plans to change. I'm just going to get even better at cooking the foods I so dearly love.

I'm making this today. I REALLY like the fact that you didn't show cutting the veggies in sequence but all at the same time. It cut down on the video length, yet it showed how you cut the veggies ( i.e. the size of the cut pieces ).

Hi Albert, thanks for this recipe, I’ll make it it looks easy to make, cheap and 😋😋😋🤩! As I’ve done many of your previous ones, everybody like them. ( Just one piece of advice: the sarten you use would deserve a better care outside to clean the burnt stains off not nice to see them in the video.)

Made this tonight for dinner. Did add some homemade crotons and used a firm smoked sausage. Also I went shopping today and thought it called for celery, so I added that to the veggies
Very impressed, I think I’ll make this regularly.
I know you to be a vegetarian , and I appreciate your full flavored dishes
Until I found your channel I had only had a few Spanish dishes, and mostly those from historic sources

I decided to make this for tonight's dinner. It's in the fridge for later but I did have a small "test" serving. SO ridiculously good. Love this one. I used chicken and herb sausages. I'm sure any kind of sausage would be great. This is now a favourite!

Looks wonderful. ! I know this tastes delicious . Is their any particular reason you chose this product say over chorizo ? I've seen this company's. products in the supermarket but as of yet haven't tried any of them . So this recipe has given me the incentive to do so . Thanks Alberto ❤
