My toddler said "mmmmm" when she tried it! This is a great and easy recipe. I used apple cider vinegar instead of Chinese wine since I didn't have any. My husband thought it was take-out, and my mother said it was delicious! Thanks for sharing; from a fellow Vancouverite.

I’m curious, do you know if it’d be a bad idea to add the coconut milk at the same time as the broth? Would bringing that up to pressure do something unpleasant to the coconut milk? If not, I was thinking having the coconut milk permeating the other ingredients might be nice.

Looks delicious, you made my mouth water. I usually use curry powder, cumin, and corianda, all ground spices, in my curries, I'll have to give the turmeric a try. New to instant pot, been watching a lot of video's on the IP., so you've help so much will get to work making something. Thanks you so much great job!

My husband and I loved it!!! My teenage boys – not so much. I always have a can of coconut milk aging in my pantry because I have been nervous to try using it. Now I've got to try your other recipes with coconut milk in them 🙂
