Why do you wear gloves so often? Are you allergic to raw and cooked meats? Gloves are nothing but landfill. I get it if you are serving the public after the meat is cooked. But before? You do have soap and water?
Anyone who wants to try this out can just cut up a pork butt into steaks, that is how its traditionally done in STL. If you are making a mess of these just throw the first batch in a foil pan in the corner of the grill with the sauce and cover, add nugs and steaks after they get good color. Eat up!
Dude I feel like you could make a ridiculous sloppy joe with those burnt ends! Just shred them up and place on a toasted bun with some additional mop sauce for the juiciness. Or really any type of sloppy joe could be a sweet video for you. Here's my vote for a sloppy joe video!
Hey brother, not my uncle but me. Built an old fashioned cinder block wood coal burning pit alla Myron Mixson. Wanted to master old fashioned Q. Still working on it of course. Hope you and yours are safe and well.
Since you mentioned a cinder block barbecue, it occurs to me that I could absolutely make a mini-pseudo-chudbox out of cinder blocks without needing to weld anything. Just have to figure out a lid.
liking the yuengling brother
I cook like that on my Weber Smokey Mountain I just delete the water pan.
And yes pork steaks turn out phenomenal
Whole hog, or half on a chud box

I made this today without knowing you would!

Do you know anything about Pittsburgh(TX) links? Saw a vid and they looked pretty good but nothing was explained about what was in them.

Without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best BBQ channels on here! You tha man Bradley, thanks for the weekly inspiration!
As Bradly knows I built a cinderblock pit…..just for the sub chud box…..40 cinderblocks a few sheets of steel and a grate……done less than 300
Just shaking my head and saying "Wow….."
Nice look yummy so lovely
I'm planning to build an oven for smoking meats. How do I can protect iron treat?
Great job ! Has anyone ever tried this burnt ends direct cooking on a BGE ? Any problems with flare ups ?
The burnt ends prevail otra vez.

How about a video of the pork short ribs that porter road has ?
I’d like to see you use a uds and give us your thoughts. Best bang for the buck in BBQ
