Your family is so lovely, absolutely. I enjoy how much you love & care for your family. You are the best mom & grandma I’ve ever seen. You take the time to talk with them & you pay attention to everyone. You are blessing me right now, just watching you with all that love. 💕

Dearest Social Butterfly 🦋 evidently, in America you have a HUGE selection of seasonings that we don’t use OR we do use them, but in another form. I’m confused. What on earth is “Accent” seasoning? What’s in it? I would use flour, salt & pepper, maybe dried paprika or chilli if I had no fresh – then add the garlic cloves (crushed ) later with stock when I added the onions etc. You manage to get much more flavouring/seasonings into the mix early. Some of which are a mystery to me… I do love watching you cook. Your food is so different, I wonder about its origins – do you eat like your parents? Grandparents? For example, I make pancakes ( Scottish pancakes, which are not big like yours, more little “drop scones”) the way my mother was taught by her great grandmother- who was taught by HER great grandma – we all pick up little things along the way.🌝💐

I have a question. I could only find grill masters Montreal steak seasoning. Will that do the same thing minus other seasoning? I made your chicken and rice and it was delicious!!! I love using spices, but not sure how or when to use them. Thanks for inspiring me to think out side of ground beef!!!
