Looks good, but I bet it would be better with some real garlic, & onions, not that powder junk. Red peppers at the end kinda killed it too, why not just add spicier peppers?

Made this tonight and it was delicious! Very easy to make surprisingly. A tad spicy for me and may step down to just jalapenos next time. Cant wait to make this again

When I cook this on the stove top my meat comes out tough.. when I use the slow cooker the meat is good.. I usually brown the meat and throw it in the slow cooker along with my salsa, however I usually roast all my veggies and then make my salsa, but you mentioned in your video, that the veggies are cooked and dont want to burn out any flavor. So I'm wondering , am I burning out flavor by roasting my veggies, blending it down and slow cooking for 6 hours? To me it tastes good but idk lol would love some feedback

I can answer that for you. You are placing them one at a time, ok so that you can space them apart so the pork will fry and not sweat caused by crowding. Because the cooking of the pork will be done during the simmering.

It looks delicious 😋 but I’m still waiting on your burrito you made in Sicily Italy that had tons of people standing in line waiting to purchase one.
