One of the many things I appreciate about White Oak Pastures is they don’t seem to package anything with vacuum sealing method. Vacuum sealing compresses the meat too much, which makes it tough, especially grass fed ground beef. I wish I knew a method to get around this, but have had minimal success.
I'm from Georgia about an hour from White Oaks. I love White Oaks! They have a lovely place to visit too. Lots of workshops,a restaurant, gift shop…Oh and getaway cabins…🙌We order from them every couple months. Love the beef Tallow! Ya'll enjoy! My kinda people! Keep up the good work! Precious baby girl looks so healthy and happy. 🥰
I went to Walmart the other day and they had packages of chicken feet in there and on the package they called them chicken paws!! LOL Never heard of chicken paws!!
Pork belly is great when cubed up, marinated, then skewered and grilled. I wouldn't try to make Bacon with it, it's not as easy as it looks.
