the red bell pepper looked like raw vegan bacon
I'm going to try to put together the recipe here: Potato Supreme
Ingredients
1/2 cup water
thick sliced (and cut in half) onions (not red)
thick sliced potatoes
open-sliced (thick) red bell peppers
whole garlic cloves – of 2 heads
chopped celery (or parsley)
Instructions
Place water in instant pot
add one layer of onions
add one layer of potatoes
another layer of onions
add one layer of bell peppers
another layer of potatoes
another layer of onions
top with a layer of celery/parsley
cook for 4 minutes
Wow that bundle is pretty amazing! Yeah those plantstrong products can be a little pricey and sometimes I walk by, but with this bundle I get $10 off. Pretty nice. I like the selection here.
this is really awesome to see. I like the interdisciplinary approach to veganism being applied in arts, science, etc. It's great to watch.
I've been working on an argentinian vegan recipe database for a few days now. I definitely will add this one to there! There's so many but honestly the more the better.
People think it's all meat there, but once you start looking – there's a lot of a direction towards veganism these days! And we have to realize they're a major crop producer as well. I would only imagine if I was a guacho – eating the locro soup with some country bread – and who can forget some chimichurri on some potatoes? Maybe some jelly squares with jam for dessert with a smoothie. Fun times!
I'm wondering if he lived around southern california? And if he is around Buenos Aires now, but more inland? I try to guess where people are located by the accent lol. (no one has to answer, since it's a personal question – it's a self-reflecting question). It does sound so familiar to where I live in SoCal. My parents guessed right about argentina and I guess right about spain lol when we were watching.
My accent is a little hard to pinpoint and usually people get it wrong (sometimes people hint at it and one figured it out) – because I made up my own.
I'm currently at True North and I bought the bundle!!
Thank you Gustavo and AJ !!

To many different vegan expert opinions has caused me to give up several times. I have lupus so I'm trying to eat to heal my disease and there are many ideas about what whole foods will help and ones that can make it worse. I'm trying again.
