I don’t understand why anyone who has a science background would eat fish with all that contamination from micro plastics and heavy metals and links to heart disease and things like ALS, but then again I don’t know how anyone could knowingly help pay for baby cows to be separated from their mothers again and again and killed or entered into the slave trade for milk. And the bad things in milk too like bovine leukemia virus. No thanks.

And same applies to you Chef AJ, I can't forget that guy asking you out for a date in checkout line at some store,….with or without your facemask Chef AJ you also look like you're in your 30s! Dr.Lillie Rosenthal..I was wondering if you've worked with people that have Ankylosing Spondylitis, ( Severe Arthritis that attacks the joints and causes the spine to Bamboo).I have been receiving treatment for it for 3 years now since finally getting a diagnosis to my all over pain. I also have Severe Stenosis in my lower back that has severe impingement on my nerves and my spinal cord. I do remicade infusions every 4 weeks and I would Love to not have to do them anymore but it has helped my pain tremendously. I have been following a WFPB way of Life for almost a year now and have had MAJOR changes in my pain levels since starting and I'm down 25 lbs so far.👍 just kinda wondering what you recommend for this disease. Thank you so much and God Bless you for All the people you help that deal with chronic pain, it's very draining at times. 💜🌹💜✌🙏
