I have to say one of the best and cheapest salsa is my recipe it only basically 1 onion chopped finely 4 tomato’s chopped into 2cm 4 Zucchini chopped 2cm in a pot with about 1-2 cm of water cook on low for about 20 minutes or I always add corn as well and dry herbs intill everything soft and look like a salsa and I love it on toast I hope you try it and like it

Hi Meg and Chris! Pink grapefruit is one of my favs and I couldn't eat it for a few years because it interacted with one of my meds – when that med was switched I feasted on pink grapefruit. I like to cut it around the equator and eat the segments with a spoon. I also like to juice it and grate in some ginger. Steeping the rinds in some vinegar makes a wonderful household cleanser. If you're ever in East Van the Herdez salsa is in all the little markets (at least the ones along Commercial Drive) but the PC salsa is just as yummy.

Just got Herdez salsa for the first time today per your recommendation in a previous video…going in a Spanish rice instapot recipe. Not a fan of pears either 😉 it’s the texture.

Hi Meg good to see you and Chris. I recognize the grocery store that you shopped at. I also shop at PC stores and my favorite salsa is PC white corn and black beans. We don't have the same store here as you have in Vancouver but we have a Real Canadian Superstore that I shop at and I get all my PC products from there. Thanks for the suggestions of the Bad Monkey and the chocolate bar. I will have to look for them here on the island. I hope you are all settled in by now finding lots of adventures. I still find lots of things to see and do here on the island after being here for 6 months plus the weather has been perfect.
