    Ingredients:
    325g (2½cup) – all-purpose flour
    16g (1 tbsp) – whole wheat flour (or replace with all purp flour)
    4g (~1tsp) – instant yeast
    5g (¾ tsp) – salt
    10g (¾tbsp) – sugar
    205ml – warm water
    20g (1½ tbsp) – vegetable oil

    In a big bowl combine all dry ingredients.
    Pour warm water and knead dough (just for a minute).
    Add vegetable oil and knead for 3-5 minutes, until soft and not sticky dough.
    Cover and leave for 1 hour or until double in size.
    Divide dough into 7-8 pieces.
    Roll every piece into circle (3-4mm/ ⅛-inch thick).
    Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 470F / 240C.
    Bake pitas for 3 minutes.
