When I've made beans in the past, I pour the beans out on a sheet pan to sort them. I just pick out what don't like & pour everything into the pot. Your beans look delicious!
This was really informative. I've always been afraid of pressure cookers, that instant pot doesn't look so intimidating, lol. I also store my dried beans in mason jars 🙂
I am really intrigued with the Insta Pot. If it cooks beans that quickly it would be well worth it!
