I've got to try this! If I don't have canned pineapples and use freeze dried instead, how much additional liquid (water or chicken broth I'm thinking) should I add to make up for the canned pineapple juice?

This looks amazing, where were these ideas before I was diagnosed with diabetes LOL. I really appreciate all the pantry meals, I have lots of things in my pantry but not a lot of knowledge of what to put together to make an interesting meal. You are so creative and I am not a great cook. Keep them coming, I've been subscribed for almost a year and I've learned so much. Blessings
