Made your recipe exact and it was outstanding. As leftovers I topped some lightly sautéed mushrooms with another provolone cheese and baked 350 for 5 minutes. Thank you!!!

I made something similar but just in the frying pan. I ate mine nekkid while my non-LC boyfriend had his on a roll. With a green salad, it made a wonderful dinner with leftovers.
