In Peru we don’t use jalapeños, maybe you can try yellow peppers or known in Peru as ají amarillo , not too much cilantro and you can add a little bit of basil. I’m sure it will be delicious too

That cooking looks delicious, healthy and is beautiful kitchen. It is just not suitable to mention Peru on the title. What makes a dish belong from a certain country is the ingredients and techniques. In the Peruvian Chicken a la Brasa or Roast Chicken is used the peruvian chillies. The yellow chilli and the panca chilli. Accompanied with yellow potatoes. Also a bit of a peruvian alcohol drink. I wish one day you can enjoy a safety tour of peruvian meals here in Peru and visit historical places. ⚘Cheers from Peru 🙋‍♀️🦙

Looks good and prob taste even better but what makes it Peruvian?? I'm peruvian and the only Peruvian similarity is that greenish sauce which the real peruvian chicken hot sauce is NOT green. Please rename to Kosher Salted Baked Chicken. Gracias
