Been maki g wings since your first video of crispy wings and boneless wings even longer. My gym is literally right next door to a WingStop, so every time I go in, there is one section where the WingStop smell does not let up. Fortunately since I used to work at WingStop, I k ow all there sauce recipes and have learned how to make them lower in calories. Topped on these wings, you have have lower calorie WingStop at home. That with fresh cut potatoes/fries in the air fryer season to preference, damn, that’s what I call dinner!

The way you explained convection reinforces my believe, that nearly all american recipes that do not mention convection mean "normal mode", so heat from above and beneath😂

I never knew about the baking powder and salt, have to try that. Years ago I found this dip, tasty. Mix Light Miracle whip mayo, Dijon Mustard, and Chinese 5 spice mix to your own taste. I still eat it to this day, just not as much as I am trying to drop weight, and eating super healthy this Summer.
