I just baked this up for tonight's dinner and I definitely agree there is no such thing as too much cheese so I mixed a blend of aged white cheddar and parmesan. I had some extra chicken to use up so threw it in with the vegetables and for a kick a little garlic chili paste. What a tasty way to use up those veggies to not waste anything with a little legume twist. Another great vid and great recipe ๐
