    Yep. When I was growing up, my family had this dish once a week, so did my classmates’/childhood friends’. My Cantonese friends’ sometimes used leftover bits-and-pieces of Chinese BBQ pork (char siu 叉燒) in this egg scramble instead of fresh shrimps, and added just a little green peas and diced conventional onion.

    I need to try this now. A friend of mine told me about shrimp & eggs a few years ago, I wasn't so sure about it. I'm a big fan of catfish and eggs though, so I guess I should keep an open mind about it. If The Dude likes it then it must be good! πŸ˜‰
