So as a a person from “Cajun county” (Acadiana) Louisiana I approve!! These are a bit of tricks we do here in Louisiana are to put the the garlic, onions and cut up seasoning in the water directly under the drainer (we add chopped celery too)…. another trick to help the crawfish peel easier we put butter in the boil (2-3 sticks)… plus you can use Louisiana boil (prepackaged seasoning mix) or Tony’s (creole seasoning) to put in the boil instead of old bay (it has more of a kick and spicier)… also to add a sweet and spicy taste add a bit of sliced oranges…but love your videos and you did a great job!💕🙌🏾
