Oh my gosh, that asparagus-standing tip is brilliant… you think of everything!! Haha to snap or not to snap 😂 What I started doing is snap, but then cut the less-woody part of the end more narrowly so they cook a little faster and end up soft enough, and then I only lose the really woody part 🙂 I like that you gave tips for both ways!
