Not to be a hater, bc it looks bomb af, but this is bothering me:
why wear a glove on the same hand you’re holding the knife with, but handling the meat and spice containers with your non gloved hand?
My version of Beef/Pepper Steak is a Chinese Cantonese. I learned it when I worked in Hongkong and my employer sent me to Basic Chinese Cooking Class and it is the best steps and more tasty that I learned IMO. I am more of a Chinese food expert than a Filipino.
