Looks delicious! One thing I would recommend is either using a bigger pan or cooking the steak in batches. The amount you added is more steaming than searing because of how crowded it is.
One of my favorite quick and easy meals. I like broccoli in mine. Great meal.

What is 'all purpose seasoning ' I have a few choices but I'm sure ' Italian seasoning' is not correct.

"Let your pepper stake cook for 40 minutes" ??? Are you serious? It looked like everything was pretty much cooked. If you let that cook for 40 minutes those peppers are going to be liquid.
I'm sure it's not cook for 40 minutes at the end. It has to be a blooper.

Advice to everyone. Cook the steak as it is with spices of course. After you are done, than cut the steak ๐ฅฉ mix the things that you want to add. I am telling you right now that the steak will be tender and not rubber like it is shown on the video. Cooking steak in flavoured water liquid will make it rubber. So no. You are doing it wrong.
