Instant Pot beef stew is one pot dinner with fall apart beef and lots of veggies cooked in delicious gravy sauce. Like my Ukrainian grandma used to make.

Hi!! Thank you for sharing I will try this tomorrow. Is it the same time if I was to use lamb instead of beef? If so, have you tried making lamb stew on the instant pot?
I used wild venison in this recipe, so DELICIOUS !! Wish I had fresh DILL !!! so good. Thank You!
Shes right you dont need to saute meat before hand..that fresh dill is the bomb!!! You go girl!!!
I just tried this for dinner tonight and LOVED it. The dill and corn starch really made a huge difference, I will definitely be making this in the future. Thank you for sharing!
I made this tonight and it was fantastic, my two toddlers literally had their bowls to their faces! Thank you!
Can you get the same result with canned diced tomatoes as with tomato paste? Making this tonight, but without dill. I'll try that next time, as I have none. This looks very good. Great video! 😜
Fill you say…. I am very excited to try this!!!
Looks delicious. Thank you for sharing. Love stew 😊💞
It’s summer here in Australia but I’m cooking this anyway coz it looks too good not to lol …
sorry you burned your mouth, but you had my bf and i in stitches. we’ll be changing our lives tomorrow by trying it with dill 👍🏻
BOOM! Corn starch did the trick. Finally got a nice creamy beef stew. Thanks
When I cook stew like this the vegetables are too mushy. I hold the vegies out, cook the meat onions and garlic for 28 minutes. Then I will add vegies for 7 minutes more. I like the tip about dill.
Made this for lunch/dinner today and it is FABULOUS. Way better than slow cooker beef stew, the Instant Pot cooks it perfectly. I love that you use all natural ingredients, no oil, very clean recipe. It was thick enough without the slurry, very very good! (I'll confess I didn't add dill or garlic or anything, it tasted so good as-iis!)
Looks really good! I was dying laughing too! I've never tried it with fresh dill but I will. I'll comment once I make it! Thanks
This looked really good and you made it look so easy. Thank you. Girl…you should have let that cool. Oh my goodness. That’s what I tell my granddaughters…start tasting around the side, not in the middle. I’ll have to try the dill. Thanks for that tip.
Hello! I made your Delicious stew for lunch since it’s a cool day in Fl. I did brown my meat in my instapot with a little flour. My husband ate 3 bowls, he said it was delicious! Thanks for sharing!

I've been watching a bunch of instant pot recipes in the last week trying to learn the ins and outs and find the good chefs, and yours is the first channel among them that I've actually chosen to subscribe to. I like your authenticity!
Also, I have no idea how on earth I could source that much dill! Our grocer sells it in 1oz packages!
Just got an instant pot from my friend for Christmas. I'm a little bit worry how to use it.
You just can't beat the warmth and goodness of a stew on a cold or dreary day. Great job.
Got the instant pot for Christmas from my son. Can`t wait to cook this. Thank-you!!
