Can you get the same result with canned diced tomatoes as with tomato paste? Making this tonight, but without dill. I'll try that next time, as I have none. This looks very good. Great video! 😜

When I cook stew like this the vegetables are too mushy. I hold the vegies out, cook the meat onions and garlic for 28 minutes. Then I will add vegies for 7 minutes more. I like the tip about dill.

Made this for lunch/dinner today and it is FABULOUS. Way better than slow cooker beef stew, the Instant Pot cooks it perfectly. I love that you use all natural ingredients, no oil, very clean recipe. It was thick enough without the slurry, very very good! (I'll confess I didn't add dill or garlic or anything, it tasted so good as-iis!)

This looked really good and you made it look so easy. Thank you. Girl…you should have let that cool. Oh my goodness. That’s what I tell my granddaughters…start tasting around the side, not in the middle. I’ll have to try the dill. Thanks for that tip.

Hello! I made your Delicious stew for lunch since it’s a cool day in Fl. I did brown my meat in my instapot with a little flour. My husband ate 3 bowls, he said it was delicious! Thanks for sharing!

I've been watching a bunch of instant pot recipes in the last week trying to learn the ins and outs and find the good chefs, and yours is the first channel among them that I've actually chosen to subscribe to. I like your authenticity!

Also, I have no idea how on earth I could source that much dill! Our grocer sells it in 1oz packages!
