    Kabayan…mas maganda siguro kung subukan nyon lagyan ng luya habang pinakukuluan nyo yang baboy…tapos itapon yong unang kulo..then carry on for cooking.been working outside the country for 13 years and this is what the Hotel doing when it comes to PORK…talagang mawawala yon amoy ng baboy…good smelll…at the end…and vinegar should be the at the end of procedure para di tumigas yong karne….ok..

    Sir sana sinamahan mo na po ng pritong saging na saba at kamote fritters. Takam na takam po talaga ako kaya nagluto din ako. Sinamahan ko ng pork trotters para sa buto=buto nginangata…OMG…thanks at pinaalala ninyo ang lutong ito.
