That looks so good! Whenever I roast garlic I have to do extra, cuz I love to just pull the cloves out & easy them! For me, I think I'd add the Grape tomatoes in fresh at the end.

I've been binging your videos over the past week since I've discovered you and I too LOVE the way you teach (and I'm a gourmet cook!). I make this all the time with cream sauce but you've inspired me to try it with stock/roasted garlic and the pat of butter when plating. Yum!

Thank you so much Louise for all the help… I am a newbie and bought the 8 qt Foodi …. I am just starting to watch your recipe videos while still watching 101… I was wondering if I could add cooked frozen chicken strips to this recipe? I was also wondering since I wanted to start with something easier… (I still havn't used the Foodi) Do you have a recipe link to Yam/sweet potato Fries and regular potato fries? I just bought some new nice fresh ones… Thanks for any help you can offer! Your the best!

For this recipe I would want to use heavy cream. Besides, the one I have in the fridge expires in a couple days. Lol. Is that what I would use instead of the water or veggie broth?

Ninja Foodi Newbi and you have got me super excited about cooking in it. Thank you for being real…. it's refreshing and makes the process of using the Foodi less intimidating. Love your channel and have definitely posted several videos to Facebook just to have them readily available quickly and efficiently for my time restraints as a mother of two boy's that work's full time and work is an hour from home too. Awesome!!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For introducing me to the wonders of roasted garlic! I have used it in four different dishes and it has taken each one from ho hum to fabulous. I can hardly wait for winter to use it in soups (I live in AZ so I have a bit of a wait) keep on cookin!

I very mindful on who or what I subscribe to. You are without a doubt on my list of subscribes. Your videos are very helpful. I have both sizes of Foodi's. what size is the one you are using here. Also I am looking forward to tweaking a few of your awesome meals into a vegan version. Have you posted any tofu dishes. Thank you. I loved the comparison one you did on both sizes of Foodi's

If you wanted the full pound of pasta, what if you cooked that first for a minute, quick release, then add all the veggies to the warmed pot and pc another minute or so? I don’t know if it would save time, but it would allow you to feed the larger crowd, with less chance of overcooked veggies. Also I’d love to see a Zoodles version of this as you mentioned in the comments. I love watching your videos even though I can’t eat most of them on keto.
