Next time you do basil, tomatoβs and mozzarella, brush the crust with olive oil and garlic powder or chopped up garlic. So good! (No sauce)

When I make lasagna just the same way you do I do not put water in the tin and it comes out just fine. Just figured I would let you know. Just remember to put sauce in the bottom of the pan when you start stacking.
