I don't cook much, but I made this and my wife and I love it
I made this tonight. Delicious and beautiful! I topped the linguini with lightly sautèed cubed chicken breast sprinkled w/smoked paprika for husband (who – NEEDS- his – meat). Roasting the poblanos in the air fryer is a game changer.
This looks like noodle soup.
