I think we're going to have pizza salad tonight. We typically have homemade pizza on grocery days as a fun reward for having shopped. 2 week ago though I hadn't had time to prep the dough and so we had pizza salad. I didn't think my kids would be thrilled, but they loved it and had seconds and thirds and requested that I make it again, so I think we will rotate that recipe with homemade pizza on grocery nights. 🙂
We do pizza quesadillas for lunch when we have leftover pizza toppings!
