What do you do for things like milk? My husband has had an Instant Breakfast nearly every day for 40 years. If I run out of fresh, he could use some of the alternatives I use, but he’d prefer to keep buying milk. I guess I need a cow. Or some goats! 😂
I’m so glad you are extending the challenge through January! You have given so many good Ideas! Also thank you for showing the flour tortillas. Merry Christmas!
Yum! Another great week. I make rolls that my husband takes for work every day for sandwiches at work that is different then my bread recipe because it has more vital wheat gluten to make them lighter and they are tasty. Yours looked yummy though. Made me want to add meatball subs to the menu.
Awesome video! I know what you mean about all the out and about things we do during the holidays. Tween having family coming in and all the festivities going on, I think we've accumulated more food than we actually used LOL. I guess the good news for this upcoming week is that we have all the Christmas baking and cooking going on so that should help us clear out the freezer and refrigerator some. I am glad we are extending until January. We will just need to make a run for fresh dairy and produce but should be good to go for the Challenge extension. Merry Christmas to you and your family!! Thank you for sharing!!
Beef in red wine and cranberry stew. Yum 😋 yum
Thanks for the meal idea, Merry Christmas to you and yours

WHAT?! Vital wheat gluten turns regular flour into bread flour?! How much of the wheat gluten to how much flour? I'd love to try this. Thank you!! <3
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you and yours! Wishes for abundant blessings and a truly fun celebration!

I've enjoyed this challenge and getting ideas from you.
Will you please share your bread recipe?
What a nice working pantry! I can see so many meals I could make.
Your husband and son are quite handsome.
