Great recipe. I have tried Paneer biryani in many cities, some are best some are okay and some are worst. This recipe turned out to be 1 of the best biryani and that too self made.
Just a tip. I added a bit more than 1/4th cup at the end before closing the lid as during my first time it did burn a bit.
