Love your videos. Oops, you made a mistake, we are all human and make mistakes, love that you are real about it, no one is perfect. Was told many years ago to stay away from grains and dairy by a Naturopathic Physician. When I stick with that I am practically pain free from the arthritis I have. It is so worth it to buy "expensive" healthy food. You will either spend money on the food or the drugs suggested by a doctor. Not everyone agrees to how best to stay healthy. Glad you aren't too put off by people who don't understand why you have to buy quality food.

I love learning about new kinds of cooking and food. I am shocked at how mean some people are to YouTubers. Lots of food related videos are from hard working women who are teaching us how to cook on a budget or make traditional favorites. Hateful people do things like make fun of their grammar or appearance or lecture them about the food being unhealthy. Can you imagine having nothing better to do with your time than that? Thank you for your content and not paying too much attention to the critics.
