Okay this is uncanny!! I just discovered the brand a few days ago and received and tried the buckwheat loaf and garlic rye today and they are crazy delicious!! I actually was going to email chef aj to tell her about it when I got home from work and then I get on YouTube and see this!!! A but salty for me because I eat low salt but with toppings it was delicious!!!

The bread sounds interesting. Chef AJ is extremely gracious, but at the risk of stepping on toes, a babysitter would improve the presentation and focus.
