Hey Becky. Thank you so much for sharing all of your ideas, passion, and skills. I have learned so much . I got back into gardening when my son bought his house two years ago. I found your channel this year and expanded what I grew. James Prigioni got me into growing a food forest and it’s been a blast. You taught me about canning and I made pickles, several varieties, marinara sauce, pizza sauce, salsa, vanilla, hot sauces, cowboy candy, and plan to do jams next year and broths/stock. I have always cooked freezer meals but have started to increase my production. My son is getting bees in the spring so that will be another thing to explore. He has an orchard growing and all kinds of berry bushes. And chickens. I feel connected to you. Thank you for everything!

I’m 70 yr’s old dealing with COVID like everyone else just excited about starting to Ken and freeze dry food have to put up provisions for myself and my granddaughter comes Stays with me spaceshe’s 12 years old and she stays with me a lot so I have to make sure we have plenty of food Who knows what’s next for us all spaceso I’m starting freeze dry inThe oven don’t have a freeze dryer yet and freeze & Vacuum pack what spaceI can I live in an apartment don’t have much room. Don’t have a Canner yet spacecounty yet

Also if you give more light to the chickens, they supposedly will lay longer. I'm still getting 8ish eggs out of our 10 chickens here in Niagara Falls (Canada). We have a timer that gives them about 12 hours of light a day!
