I need to be better about engaging with your content. I watch all you post here and on Instagram and I VOW to do better!! It’s obvious you work hard for this channel and I want it to continue to be fun for you! Thank you for all you do! – your “friend” from up the road a little in San Marcos who is also on her Mounjaro journey 😊

I got laid off this week so my worlds been a little crazy! Happy I’m ok to take a few weeks off. But it stinks. I kind of totally fell if my eating plan although I didn’t have much appetite! So I lost 2 pounds. But I’ll be good. I have a couple professional goals I’m going to work on for a couple weeks while job searching. Hugs for your messed up well. Life sometimes is no fun. 😂

Great loss for a derailing week. Best laid plans of mice & men and all that. The Live was fun. I know it's frustrating to have the scale not reflect that you're back where you were but you know it'll come. I just did bloodwork today. Last 9 weeks my loss average slowed to 1.1 lbs so it's been a bit frustrating, I'm on my 10th shot of 10mg. I'm down 41ish pounds. I'm the lowest I've probably ever been but that's almost why it's frustrating. Like how come i can't seem to get further. I'm still 50lbs overweight. I'm still 30ish from my goal. I'm still 20lbs deep into obese… I just want to plow through this line but it'll take time. Luckily I have Mounjaro and good insurance coverage. Anyway, Dr on Tuesday, going to see what his thoughts are on going to 12.5mg. Curious about what you did. I have 2 more shots of 10mg in my possession and then I have to find my next doses whatever that is. Hopefully Express Scripts has their ish together. Lol

Yay!! I can't wait to try the short hair sock curls, thanks for sharing with us! 💞 The ice storm really put a damper on things all over, glad y'all got the power back on and everyone was safe. I wasn't expecting such a huge temp shift and working from home 4+ days…talk about cabin fever!

Have you thought of doing treatment for food addiction? Your channel is soooo much about food. I am a food addict too and maybe get out and volunteer or get some hobbies and move away from having food be such a huge part of your life hun

Thanks for another great video and keeping it real. I struggle with the thoughts of “well I screwed up, might as well enjoy something else “🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Also, glad we are a little more current 💞

Hi there! We survived the first ice storm. Here in Round Rock we had no power in my home for 5 days. My neighbors had power so they were kind enough to hold all my food and half a cow from my freezer PTL! You’re doing great, and today I hit 20 pounds down 😀

I constantly have monkey wrenches thrown into my plans and it is so frustrating. Watching you talk about it though had me thinking that since I've been on Mounjaro it hasn't been hard to reset and start again. I think I'm going to celebrate that with a bowl of chicken and dumplings I hid in the freezer. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I primarily support Texas for work, and the ice storm that week was crazy! Life happens… we recently got a new puppy, I had travel for work, deadlines for work, and then all 3 of us got sick, one right after the other. Long story short, self care has been on the back burner. Thanks for being here to remind us to keep moving forward despite the setbacks and life getting in the way!
(Side note – can I tell you how getting up with a puppy disrupts the whole morning routine!! It’s only temporary though 🐶)

Hearing the negative talk is a great step forward. Dealing with the negative talk is huge. Congrats on making that possible for yourself. A lot of success in weight loss is dealing with the mental mindset. It’s taken me decades to realize that and finally work on it.
