I always bake my wings. I love wings but I prefer my own butter and garlic combo. Only exception is chicken is done at 165 degrees. I remove them at 155-160 degrees and then broil for a few minutes so they don't dry out.

I prefer baked wings over fried. I hear what your saying about being able to find wings at all. I find that frozen and thawed wings are tough and not as tender as fresh. Thanks for the vid.

Hi Noreen, around 18 yrs ago, I saw a TV segment when Martha Stewart was cresting her Super Bowl Baked Buffalo wings. I named it Suoerbowl Burby Buffalo Wings on my handwritten recipe. I loved the Baking method and your right..it’s less baby sitting and who wants to use lots of oil. So I was looking for the video from her. But no go….it stood out b/c she placed the cooked chicken in a plastic bowl. She poured the warm sauce, then placed a lid and shook it. I recall the “burp” sound it made when the lid was slowly removed.

So when I saw this video, I was so happy that your recipe calls for a bowl with lid. 👍👍👍👍👍 I can’t wait to turn my oven on tnis Sunday 😃

I have watched your channel for a while now, and have gone through almost all of your recipes to save all the ones that were the ones I wanted to make ( which was nearly every single one! You're an fabulous/awesome cook!)

You said this recipe was an old one from 12 years ago. I personally would love you to go back and re-doing ALL of them! Only because I'd love t see you introduce and re-introduce everyone to your recipes! (Make a new playlist called "___" take 2 or something like that)
