Every time I cook chicken and rice my rice gets done before the chicken so I have to take the chicken out and cook it longer. I don’t know if it’s because I use chicken legs instead of thighs?

Hi Nagi, I always seem to have a problem baking chicken thighs in the oven, the blood runs out of the bone spoiling the presentation of the chicken. Do you have any suggestions on how to deal with this? I am hesitant to make this recipe because I worry the blood will ruin the rice. Thanks 🙂
