Related to this I tried making Cajun dogs. Injected some, creole butter I think. Also blacked some, and topped with creole mustard or remoulade sauce. Mixed bag of results.

Christmas time is coming and i wanted to share a simple recipe. My dad always makes fish for christmas eve, and along the fish he makes sweet onions. Just fry some onions until they're soft, and add ketchup. It's super simple, but that's the best side-dish to a fried fish i've ever tried. And you can add it to anything! Burgers, hotdogs, whatever else floats your goat. So far i haven't seen a single american chef try this
