    Hi Jane! First of all, thank you so much for your videos! You and your mom rock! I like to pretend you’re my family lol — my family think I’m weird for being wfpb! I watched Rip’s “what I eat in a day” video and it was awesome to see, gave me some great ideas. But it looked like way too much food for me! I’d really love to see what women eat in a day so I have a frame of reference. Keep on keeping on!

    Love this!!! A trick for slicing the potatoes so you don't slice all the way through is to put a pair of chopsticks on the cutting board, one in front of the potato and one behind the potato. When you cut straight down the knife stops at the chopsticks leaving the bottom of the tater still connected. 🙂
