When you're in the bed and you're cold it would be good to have a zip up hoodie that's comfortable. My nurse sister-in-law told me that trick when I went in for surgery. Can't wear a robe in bed.

FYI package arriving Tuesday…. Instead of “hands free” should be “hand free” …. 😉. But when little ones need a hands on in diaper changing….. these are a great game changer! Hope you like & use as much as we do….and we don’t even have babies or small children around now a days! FYI crib (and others) mattresses are made to flip every few months. Keeps imprinting from happening…😉

Hi Becky 🙂 you might want to get a lingerie washing bag. Babies clothes such as socks are tiny and I have lost some through washing and drying…somewhere. They never seem to turn back up. God bless you and I am praying for your family and delivery.

Congratulations on baby acre💙💙🦋🦋🦋from a person that’s been in childcare (infants) for over 10 years, I would suggest a Magic Merlin sleep suit, its basically a thicker sleep sac, we were introduced to these by a parent, absolutely wonderful product,, I had a baby that never slept at daycare, but slept great after we used it with him, we had a laugh thinking how he looked like Ralphie on the Christmas story, but seriously they are not confined or tight at all, anyway just a thought we love them, also alot of parents don’t like sound machines,, I have to say our babies love the ocean sound, much love and enjoy making lots of memories 🙏🏻💙🦋

In southern hemisphere we are now in Christmas Eve evening. Thinking back to my first Christmas with a baby. My advise…just enjoy being looked after and spoilt by your family. Don't try and do what you 'normally' do.
    Have a truly blessed Christmas.

You would enjoy a rocking chair- glider type with footstool to nurse & rock baby in & a heated baby wipe holder will make baby much happier than a cold wipe on his bottom. Just suggestions from another Momma🥰

I loved my diaper genie but hated paying for the refills. I saved one of the blue rings and would fold regular kitchen garbage bags over it and tuck it back in place and use it that way. So much cheaper and worked just as well!

The room is classicly beautiful. Great job.
What about a small lamp? Not sure if you need a separate table or if it could go on the side of the dresser where the wipe box is…
Also something for baby to look at; a mobile or something on the walls?

My doctor said that if having a baby was so painful/bad we'd all be only children!! So that made me feel better then my first was delivered by emergency C-section! I will say there is so much more STUFF for baby and momma than when mine kiddos were born 3- and 25 years ago. I will say we had the same idea for our nursery furniture. The dresser and chest of drawers are still being used in my daughter's room – when she comes home to visit. I'm be passing down all of that furniture to my first grandchild – whenever he or she arrives. Again Congratulations to the entire Acre Homestead family!! Merry Christmas!!!

I know you have already had your baby -Congratulations!!! But I wanted to share that I used Depends for postpartum because I just didn’t trust the mesh underwear and pads to keep leaks contained. Maybe it’s something to think about for another time.

I like that people are so giving but I think of families who I work with who never get half of this stuff. Makes me so sad. I am pratical too I would have used a garbage too but that is me. Like I said I am glad people give but think of people who do not have the same opportunities. Becky is a great and kind person. But what about donating in her name to a battered womens shelter? Salvation army?

I'm not sure how Josh is not 900 lbs from all the good food you make for him. I think that the oatmeal fudge cookie is Josh's new breakfast casserole. 😉 It's healthy right? You are so sweet, and both of you will make great parents.
