Much better to find a restaurant that does them well. Onions rings in a home kitchen are a NIGHTMARE. There is SO MUCH waste, and the clean-up is endless. I have made them through the years with much regret. You have to make them your entire meal because they demand so much time and attention. Not worth it. The double dipping/sheet pan/batter method is ridiculous.
Best O-rings I've made was by separating the rings and left them in the fridge for a night.. less moisture so the batter didn't blow off during the frying.. Even better they were soft but not mushy! Your Welcome! 🎤
Apparently I'll never shed my Covid weight, thanks Bri. lol. These are now on the to-do list. Not sure which I'll start with, prob the first recipe. Sidebar, I'm wondering if you ever toy with an air fryer?
My friend you need to come to the UK because America HAS NO IDEA HOW TO FRY FOOD FULL STOP!!! It's probably time you got EDUMACATED really!!! This is only okay so on this you get a mediocre thumbs down!!!! Oh I wouldn't dance you look extremely silly dancing to mediocrity 🙁
I love it mate. I'm off to the market to buy a dozen of forks!! Seriously though, thanks for your recipes. Your videos are very entertaining. Not many people understand the effort needed to produce such professional content. Your recipes are unique, real and amazing. I'm big fan.
I gotta say, I was doubting that you skipped the membrane removal, but you bit through several of them on camera and they all stayed with the breading, well done!
I don't know if it's a pronunciation issue or maybe something with your recording setup on the software side, or perhaps a meme I'm not aware of, but it sounds like you're saying "criss" not "crisp"
I've made both these styles in the past but now my new favorite is AP flour+Rice flour+Sprite+Panko. A better version of the Sonic Drive-In rings! Now I need to try your sauces.
Brian, great job man. You’re the best, imo, for ideas and help with the home kitchen…even for a guy 🙋♂️ who’s spent plenty of time in a commercial kitchen. And you do it with zero over the top editing and minimal “made up vernaculars” and showmanship. Love it. Keep it up.

Brian is slowly but surely becoming ome of my favorite YouTube cooks. Keep up tje good work bro.
Loving both, but going to try the dry breading first!
Is this guy just copying everything Joshua Wiesmann does? Even down to the same kitchen?

Stella Artois 😍 Belgian beer 🤤
NICE !! Just want to know, after all pepping, can we freeze them and then fry frozen as & when required ??
why do you sound like saberspark or why does saberspark sound like you
I love your commitment to perfection but boy does this seem like a lot of work for bar food. I bet this would make awesome fried calamari though!
for the beer batter I recommend Czech "Pilsner Urquell" or German beer with a high original wort, that gives the batter a very good taste 😊
heeeey 2,5 inches is pretty big!!
Hi Bri, awesome video as always!
How do you keep your sheet trays so clean??
6:09 first "chai tea", now "tulsi basil"….. 🤦♂️
I love your videos. Another home run, can't wait to try!

1:23 This slow-motion onion ring de-stacking is my whole world right now.
Thanks man! Must try these!
Do you ever find yourself needing a bigger dutch oven?

Beer battered is the best in my opinion. Just too good to pass up
