Yeah, I set up the camera, set up the lights, just threw in some "easy ingredients I had on hand", then spent 6 hours editing & rendering the video. All to save what, 12 minutes by using a different method.

Ok. Whatever you say. I totally believe you. Why is it so difficult to just be honest?

Chef, after this video I know I will follow you forever, I have been a long time subscriber (made all your super bowl recipes, bread, most of your meat courses) but after this, I just want to say, that you are brilliant, not only culinarily talented, but you are specially articulated and although it's a 2, wait 1-step soup… (It took me 3 replays to see if I understood it right…) brilliant, just brilliant… and the recipe too!!

last time when I didn't have time/energy to make a soup, I just threw my celeriac(root, not sticks), carrot, leek and onion into a food processor and pulsed it a bit until I had kind of pea-sized pieces, then threw that into a pot with a bay leaf, water and some black pepper and salt, and boiled that for an hour or so, that's all.
Of course you can add pasta/chicken to your liking.
