This was wonderful! I made it last night. I had to leave out the cream of soup and use garlic and onion powders because of my IBS problem. I cooked it all in the instant pot since I was late getting supper started and just cooked everything in broth. I also added some kale that needed to be used soon. Anyway, with all the adjustments the dish was still smokey, cheesy wonderfulness and perfect for fall. Thank you for always inspiring me!

I really enjoy your one pan meals. I just bought a large family size pack of sausage with nothing in mind to make with it. So this is perfect timing, thanks for another great one pan meal recipe! God bless you guys. Shirley.

Hello Catherine, I made this dish yesterday and I was surprised how good it was. It is just my husband and I so I cut ingredients in half. I have leftovers for our supper tonight and I’m looking forward to it, because flavors always tend to taste better the next day. My husband enjoyed it and when he puts his stamp of approval, then I’m going to keep this recipe. He suggested adding shrimp next time. I will definitely make again and will try it with shrimp. Thank you for your one-pot recipe. This is my kind of meal.

Do you have to use polish kiebasa? Can you use just regular smoked sausage? This looks amazing. Can you use a green pepper instead of yellow? Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes with all of us. They are wonderful.

Looks yummy, so I went to your page to make a copy of the recipe. You might want to correct the "Equipment" used to a deep skillet instead of a 9×13 dish. I will absolutely make this! 😋

We love caramelizing smoked sausage in the fying pan, but never thought to add the rice, soups, and cheese, which REALLY sounds delicious! Thank you for another great idea! And yeah, the one pot idea is such a help with dishes😊👍
