I never use water for my fideo, homemade chicken stock and less liquid. I prefer my fideo thicker and not like soup at all. Fresh garlic 🧄 and onion is better than powder

Looks good. I still use the molcajete because my mom has never used powdered spices. We never used bouillon powder either because that' s how my grandmother cooked too. I like your recipes.

Sopa de fideo is one of my go-to meals when I'm not in the mood to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. These recipes look a little bit more in-depth (more time), but so so yummy. I will definitely be giving these a try.

    Thank you for this video.
May I ask have you tried beef bouillon powder with the soup that has ground beef? I was thinking I might prefer it, but don't want to mess up the flavor profile if it really needs to be the chicken bouillon.

I really like all three. Never thought to add potatoes and beans. I have some tomatoes and jalapenos that need to be salsa now. Toasting cumin seeds before adding to the molcahete with the peppercorns smells so good. Thanks for the recipes!

¡I LOVE FIDEITO!😋. It’s so AWESOME and easy and quick to make. My son won’t eat though! He did when he was a baby…I would send in his lunch at daycare but something happened and he will NOT eat it! Working different ways for him to have it!😉
❤️Love your recipes with it too!😋👍

I'm so glad you shared these recipes. I was just talking to my daughter about how expensive food, vegetables, and fruits have gotten. I told her, "well the good thing is, that you can go to the Mexican aisle and buy these little bags of sopa" .You can buy 3 little bags for .88 cents. I told her that she can add any kind of vegetables and you have a nice warm meal. I shared this video to my daughter; hopefully, she'll make one of these meals. I've told my sister's and daughters about Simy Mama's cooking. I think all her dishes are inexpensive and easy to make.
